Stoneground Flour White Bread Recipe

Half Recipe For Rolls Use 500g.
Ingredients:
1kg white bread flour – need cup measurement
10g instant yeast – one packet (check measurement)
20g salt – need tblsp measure
40g sugar –( replace with honey) maybe 30g 2 tblsp? , dissolved in warm water and need tblsp measure
700ml luke warm water
25g oil – olive oil (and need tblsp measure)
(Other recommendation : 100ml boiling, 200ml cold. )
Method:
Mix together – flour, yeast, salt in a medium sized mixing bowl
Dissolve the honey in warm water till combined, add the oil to the water mixture
Add
Knead for 15 minutes
Place in a large oiled mixing bowl and cover – let rise for 1 hr 30 mins. Might be less time in hot humid weather or more time in cold conditions.
Remove from bowl and knock down
Form into Rolls or loaf, brush with olive oil, add seeds if needed and let rise again
Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 Minutes
Note – bread flour can be white bread flour, half white bread and half brown bread flour or all brown bread flour
